Goals

The training courses offered are designed to:

– Improve self-knowledge, knowledge of the work environment and of society

– Know how the job market works

– Be able to assess, understand and recognize in the work environment:

organizational structure
roles and responsibility
relational dynamics
explicit and implicit targets

The practice active and collaborative participants stressed the importance of the integration of training in management practices devolopment, which enhance learning in the workplace and action learning, learning through concrete experiences.

The theater is an effective means of education for the fact that it involves the whole person, with its corporeality and physicality, with his feelings and his thoughts, but also with his profound humanity, with its consciousness of values, with its most immediate and spontaneous sociability.
